- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The operating system (OS) has a fault (excluding app or software issues).
- The product has no power due to an internal device issue. (Note: Accessories like remotes, keyboards, lights, batteries, etc. are not covered.)
- The product is restarting repeatedly or not functioning at 60% capacity or higher.
When a Replacement Request May Be Rejected:
Replacement will not be accepted if:
- The product has physical damage, including scratches, dents, or broken parts.
- The item has signs of burn, water damage, or electrical short circuit.
- The original software is removed or altered, or warranty stickers are tampered with.
- The product was used in an abnormal environment or outside its intended use.
- A replaced item develops further issues (replacement warranty does not continue beyond the first instance).
- We do not have stock of the same product for replacement—in such cases, a service warranty may be offered instead.
Replacement Timeline:
If your product qualifies, we will try to replace it as quickly as possible. However, if the product is out of stock or unavailable for the foreseeable future, we may instead provide service warranty support or guide you on the best available option.
