Refund Policy

At NobinShop.com, we prioritize your satisfaction. If a product you ordered is out of stock after payment, has a manufacturing issue, or you return an item following our return policy, a refund will be issued accordingly. In cases where one or more items in your order are unavailable and there’s no possibility of quick restocking, we will process a refund.

Refunds for returned products will be issued only after evaluating whether the item is in resellable condition. For more details, please review our Return Policy.

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the refund request. For Credit/Debit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account statement. If it does not appear within that time, please contact your bank or email us at support@nobinshop.com with your order number.

Refund Charges:

• • No refund charge will be applied if the product is unavailable or defective before dispatch.

• • If the product was already handed over to the courier or delivered and then returned (not due to product fault), refund will be processed after deducting courier and processing fees:
    

     

    • • Inside Dhaka: ৳100/order
    • • Outside Dhaka: ৳200/order
    • • Plus payment settlement fees (if applicable)

Discounts & Offers Refund Conditions:

If you received discounts or cashback through bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex, these amounts are not refundable. For example:

 

• • If you purchased a ৳1000 item at a ৳900 offer price, you’ll receive ৳900 refund only.

• • If you paid ৳1000 and got cashback, the cashback will be deducted before refunding the rest.
